Pierre Cabrera Services provided Community Impact Services and storytelling support to Grace & Grit by PSI for Sip & Praise, an uplifting, alcohol-free Valentine’s Day event featuring painting, food, faith-based music, and meaningful conversation that fostered connection, encouragement, and spiritual support for NYC Department of Correction staff, civilian employees, and their families.

Workforce Professionals Training Institute engaged Pierre Cabrera Services to lead end-to-end curriculum design and implementation readiness support in partnership with Opportunities for a Better Tomorrow, including progress meetings, curriculum walkthroughs, and staff coaching to support adoption.
Through a phased approach, Pierre Cabrera Services developed a 20-week curriculum framework and 36 facilitator-ready lesson plans, refining materials through feedback cycles to strengthen implementation.
